We suggest you to garnish them so as to render them more desirable. During the service, use a palette knife for each taste not to dirty the ice cream. Every evening we suggest you to put the tubs in the fridge to SPATOLARE the ice cream, to clean the tub borders with dry palette knives otherwise water can frost and create small crystals that can ruin the product quality.
